The field of the Language technologies, also called Linguistic Engineering or Natural Language Processing, is one of the more relevant working fields for Daedalus. Our large experience gained through numerous research projects and the development of products and solutions for lots of partners and clients, makes it possible for us to carry out any type of projects in this field with the best possibilities of success.

The Daedalus work in this field could be divided in three lines:

• Proofreading, which includes the necessary capacities for the automatic analysis of texts

• Information Extraction, which makes the identification of not structured texts, base for the semantic analysis, easier

• Speech recognition, in which the linguistic technology improves the quality of the transcriptions offered by these systems

At Daedalus we have our own technology and linguistic resources that provide the required flexibility to adapt, if necessary, these elements to our clients' demand. Besides, this technology is a fundamental component in many products of the company, among others:
